Grace doesn’t mean to not see or speak truth because it may hurt. But grace is the plate truth should be served on.
God sees the wounding of our hearts, our frustration, our anger and confusion. He sees. But wounding, frustration, anger and confusion are dirty plates on which to serve truth.
As He has lavished grace upon us, should we not feel compelled to go and do the same? When our hearts spoke against Him, when we would not listen…He still lavished grace on us. He didn’t hold back truth but rather, He served us truth on the plate of grace.
Before we serve the truth …check the plate on which we are serving it. And remember dear friends, He sees. He knows. He promises to take care of our hearts.
